Akalaining with OT is an organic plant/herb-based supply company that specializes in a type of red algae that mostly appears purple and multi-coloured called Chondrus Crispus. When processed into a liquid form it’s known as Irish Moss Gel/Sea moss Gel. You can cook with it, put in your pastas, smoothies, tea, coffee, or take it straight from the spoon. Stays fresh in the fridge for 4-6 weeks and the freezer for 4-6 months. Recommended use is 1-2 teaspoons to 1-2 tablespoons a day. How I started with Alkalining Wit OT
I started Alkalining with OT in 2020 during Covid year. Everyone was dying and getting sick, and I always was taught by my grandmother about eastern medicine and natural homemade remedies. An old neighbor of mine also introduced me to the book of Eden and Dr. Sebi and his teaching of natural plant-based diets which includes different alkaline foods and herbs. I then gained a special interest in natural alkaline dietary options. Due to the pandemic, I focused on one of the most nutritionist foods on the planet. An reddish and purple algae called Chondrus Crispus aka Irish Moss. There is nothing it isn’t good for. Your thyroids, blood pressure, skin, digestive system, bones, muscles, and most importantly your immune system.
I always knew that the immune system has always been one of the most important things when it comes to self-care and health and with all the people getting sick and dying from a virus that is more deadly for people with a weaker immune system I figured it made sense to educate and supply people with a plant based natural supplement that could help people stay healthy and also save lives!
